Deadlines |
Deposit of 50% must be received to hold space reservation. No refunds after November 15, 2008. Dealers must claim reservation by 2pm on Jan.30 or space reverts to show manager.

Facility |
Pima County Fair Grounds, Thurber Hall has approximately 30,000+ square feet. Both table runs and booth space are available. Large roll-up door make dealer loading and unloading easy.
|
Lodging |
Host Hotel: Comfort Inn Suites. Click on link Tucson Hotel On-site RV parking is available at the Pima County Fairgrounds for $20 per night for full service and $12 per night for dry camping.
We will provide each dealer with a Parking Pass for each Dealer Vehicle

Link to Tucson Application. 10% discount offered to all NBSSCA members. 10% discount to dealers reserving 3 or more tables. Visa & MasterCard now accepted.
8' tables are $160 each and booth space (12w X 8d) is $490 each.
