DEALER APPLICATION 2008 TUCSON OLD WEST ROUND-UP

Pima County Fairgrounds – Thurber Hall – January 31-February 1, 2009

Show Rules:

1. All antique dealers must represent their merchandise truthfully and have any reproduction material labeled as such.
2. Pima County Fairgrounds liability prohibits ANY pets in the Exhibition Hall. Parking area is less than 100 feet from building.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKDOWN prior to the closing of the show on Sunday.
4. Set-up Friday January 30 from 10a to 6p. Dealers must claim their tables/booths by 2pm on Friday. Unclaimed tables revert to show management.
5. 50% deposit MUST be received to secure reservation. No Exceptions!
6. No refunds after November 15, 2008.
7. Each dealer application will receive two (2) badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $40.
8. Only “collector” firearms offered for sale to the public will be allowed in the facility. Appropriate measures MUST be taken to secure triggers on all firearms.
9. Each dealer will be required to register with the State of Arizona for a temporary sales tax permit. (This will be provided at the show.)
10. 24 Hour Security will be provided during the show and move-in.
11. In keeping with show reputation, only dealers with “collectible” type items will be accepted. Items may be new but dealers must maintain a quality display.
12. Table coverings should conceal items stored under tables.

I agree to abide by all show rules and to abide by all city, state and federal laws. I understand that I am responsible for my space and merchandise and will not hold Round-Up Productions or any of it’s principals or employees responsible for myself or my property.
